Business Process Designer, Auckland - Permanent

We are looking for an enthusiastic business minded professional with a knack for creating and administering processes and practices, building staff capability and development, managing project risks and issues, someone with a strategic and innovative mindset that can support the Legal Operations Manager and Lead Systems Advisor to deal with uncertainty and risk.

The Business Process Designer will assist the Lead Systems Advisor with legislative compliance reporting and technology support. You will have a keen interest in technology, proven skills in the Microsoft Office suite, able to understand and interpret complex issues, and seek overall improvement of processes and procedures. You will provide communications to the wider Legal team on various topics, such as training and IT updates, ensuring Legal are in the know.
You will have a natural flair for working collaboratively with people at all levels and work well with other business teams like the IT team, on some large and complex projects and interpret the information to provide a sound understanding to our lawyers. You will have experience or a keen interest in project management so you can lead or co-lead a range of different projects - these projects vary, dependent on strategic priorities and specific requirements of the Legal team.

**Salary range**: $75,943.00 - $91,931.00
