We are currently looking for Cleaning Area Supervisor to help and support our team based in Waikato, Hamilton.

Shift Details:
Monday-Friday from 1:00pm-9:30pm (Must be prepared to work some weekends)
About you:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand - Have a valid New Zealand Work Visa, Resident Visa, or Citizenship.
- Have a Valid Driver’s License
- Pass a Ministry of Justice (Criminal Conviction History) check
- Physically fit to do the job.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Good attention to detail.
- A reliable work ethic with great customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, following training and instructions.
About the role:
- Supervise and lead a team of cleaners during the afternoon shift, ensuring adherence to cleaning schedules and quality standards.
- Coordinate and assign cleaning tasks to team members, distributing workload appropriately.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor the cleanliness of the shopping mall, addressing any deficiencies or areas needing improvement.
- Train and onboard new cleaning staff, providing guidance on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
- Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines and procedures, promoting a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with mall management and other departments to address specific cleaning needs and maintain effective communication channels.
- Maintain inventory and order necessary cleaning supplies and equipment, always ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, seeking resolutions and maintaining positive relationships.
