**Role Overview**:
The Workshop Supervisor role is a full-time permanent position. This role is based at our Burbush facility in Hamilton and will report to General Manager (New Zealand).

**Key Responsibilities of the position**:

- 70% of the role will be managerial duties and 30% hands on Auto Elec duties.
- Supervise and work jointly with team members to ensure high-quality service
- Complete major and minor services, and machinery overhauls
- Complete maintenance and component replacements and rebuilds
- Cross collaborate with teams located in Australia
- Expand and maintain customer relationships.
- NZQA Trade qualifications and ex Auto electrician experience
- Well experienced in breakdown and diagnostic repairs;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Managerial skills (highly advantageous)
- HR License (advantageous)

**Mandatory Requirements**:
To be eligible to work at KOR you must have full working rights in New Zealand with no restrictions.
