We have a very exciting opportunity for a Physiotherapist or Hand Therapist to advance their career This role reports into the National Clinical Manager and will require travel across the regions when required. This is a full time permanent opportunity.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Maintaining oversight and adherence to Geneva Healthcare’s equity strategy and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi
- Managing clinical staff performance and achievements under various contracts
- Maintaining and growing the delivery of services according to multiple contract specifications
- Identifying, growing and maintaining key contacts and stakeholders
- Providing oversight to the clinical programme, including clinical inservice programme, peer reviews, professional development plans, and supervision as required.
- Recognising individual team members clinical interests and facilitating movement through relevant credentialing and career progression
- Supporting with complex patients, and providing links to other clinical experts in the wider team
- Monitoring the services compliance against contracts, business plan and budget

**What you will bring | Nga tohungatanga mo tenei turanga**
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a clinical leadership position or extensive clinical experience looking to develop into a leadership role
- Current NZ recognised qualification and registration in your field of work as - Physiotherapy or Hand Therapy
- Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and how this impacts the wider business, our staff and people we support
- Understanding of Maori and Pacific models of health
- Proven depth of experience and expertise in a wide range of areas under the relevant scope of practise
- Proven ability to negotiate to achieve the best outcome for our patients and staff
- Excellent communication and report writing ability
- Proven knowledge of quality systems, complaints and incident management
- Strong and effective relationships with colleagues and other health service provider
