**About the role**:
The Data Integration Specialist will also support enterprise business intelligence and information processing such as data integration, reporting and analysis utilising tools such as Azure API Management, SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Reporting Services and SQL Server Analysis Services.

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Proven data analysis, data integration and development skills using Microsoft technologies.
- Good experience with Cloud computing technologies. Azure SQL, Azure Integration services, Data Factory and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Good experience with SQL Server and services including SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Reporting Services, SQL cloud services and SQL Server Analysis Services and processes such as Extra Transform Load (ETL) Change Data Capture (CDC).
- Sound experience of various protocols/methods of communication e.g., Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) and Representational State Transfer (REST)
- Experience in other Development and Languages:.NET (C# & VB), Transact-SQL, JavaScript Object Notation (JSON), XML, JavaScript, PowerShell, HTML.
- Experience with Source Code Management software e.g., Azure DevOps Server, GitHub
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of Business Intelligence tools e.g., Microsoft BI Solutions, IBM BI solutions such as COGNOS and Planning Analytics, and Oracle BI solutions.
- Demonstrated knowledge of distributed systems architecture, middleware, or object-oriented analysis and design.
- Technical expertise in data warehouse constructs, enterprise data management and enterprise data architecture.
- Optimisation of Cloud Services and oversight of migration from on-premise infrastructure to cloud environments.
- Demonstrated knowledge of SDLC and software development methodologies.
- Demonstrated knowledge of data management principles particularly as they relate to data transactions, histories and quality assurance procedures.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and able to plan and successfully manage workload to completion and within SLAs.
- Significant experience in all aspects of enterprise business intelligence software, data warehousing and delivery of reporting services and solutions.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems or related technical field.
