An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Export Sea Operator to join our Auckland Branch. If you thrive on moving cargo around the world, meeting deadlines as well as working in a team environment then we need to hear from you

**Job tasks and responsibilities**

This role processes Export Sea shipments from New Zealand, from booking through to delivery in an accurate and timely manner. Whilst ensuring all DSV customer service standards, KPI/Data Quality requirements and financial objectives are met.
- Take bookings and liaise with customers when organising required transport
- Check and update CargoWise 1 reports to ensure accurate shipment processing
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders & provide strong customer care whilst servicing our customer and service providers needs
- Efficiently complete consol and shipment milestones
- Accurate and timely client billing, cost processing and job profitability checks on all shipments
- Support the supervisor and other team members

**Skills and experience**
- 1-2 years' Export experience within New Zealand Market
- CargoWise One knowledge is essential
- Ability to work in a team environment
- High attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
