About This Role:

This key role within the Carters H&S team provides support for multiple branches and three manufacturing sites across the region. You will build relationships with Area & Site Managers and their employees on a daily basis - visiting sites, providing advice and expertise, and driving safety management forward.

The responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining and coordinating SMS activities across various Branches
  2. Driving compliance activities, improvement planning & implementation, investigations and corrective actions
  3. Training and guidance in all things H&S, including being the specialist 'go-to' person for Managers and team members
