Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. This role will involve coordinating all aspects of construction, managing budgets, ensuring timelines are met, and delivering quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving issues proactively
  • Optimize construction processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Requirements

  • Proven experience in construction project management
  • Strong budgeting, planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Knowledge of New Zealand building regulations and compliance
