Position Summary

Provide technical leadership to the RF engineering team and help head of technology with RF pre sales and post sales solutions.

Help to achieve the RF acceptance for the ongoing technical projects

Leadership

As this is a technical leadership role, so a TL is not only a domain expert but

also a leader, who will represent his team in all forums (internal and external)

, lead and nurture the team members and lead by example.

Operations Excellence
- Single POC for their teams to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for guiding the team through technical issues, organizing their day to day technical tasks and review the delivery quality.
- Create processes and SOP documents to streamline the project delivery tasks.
- Attend the technical meetings both internal and external.
- Guide their teams to develop their IDPs.
- Be an expert in their area and lead by example.
- Have regular 1:1 sessions with direct reports.
- Be responsible for the team’s skill and competence improvement.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/computer or Telecommunications Engineering.

Experience

8+ years of RF engineering experience, preferably in leadership role and in a vendor environment.
