Are you an experienced Salesforce professional passionate about leading technical initiatives and driving innovative solutions? We seek a dynamic and skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to join our client, embarking on a technology modernization.

As a Technical Lead, you will be pivotal in shaping our Salesforce architecture, optimizing processes, and leading a talented team of developers/administrators to deliver high-quality solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Leadership**: Lead the technical aspects of Salesforce projects, providing guidance and expertise to the development team. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- **Architecture and Design**: Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient solutions on the Salesforce platform. Evaluate new technologies and integrations to enhance system capabilities.
- **Custom Development**: Hands-on development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies to build custom functionalities that align with business needs.
- **Code Review and Quality Assurance**: Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices are followed. Ensure the quality, security, and performance of developed solutions.
- **Integration**: Define and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems, both internal and external, utilizing APIs and middleware.
- **Mentorship and Training**: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to team members. Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.
- **Problem Solving**: Analyze complex business requirements, identify challenges, and propose practical solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer and Technical Lead, with hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (desired but not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security, and integration patterns.
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers/administrators.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
