**Mō te tūnga | About the role**:
You will work across a Scrum team utilising Agile methodologies daily. Key responsibilities include:
- ** Lead Development Projects**: Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
- ** Code Excellence**: Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- ** Mentorship**: Provide guidance and support to junior developers.
- ** Problem Solving**: Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
- ** Innovation**: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
**Ngā pūkenga mo te tūnga | What you will bring to the role**:
- Minimum five years' experience working in C# /.NET and Angular frameworks.
- Experience using Azure DevOps for build pipelines and release management.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- Strong communication skills
- Ideally have experience working with Agile methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering or similar relevant qualification
- Commitment to the Treaty of Waitangi principles
