Working within a highly pivotal role within the organisation, you will be acting as the right hand person assisting a busy team with a variety of administrative tasks and therefore this role requires someone who is unflappable and approachable.

**Duties include**:

- Audit administration (liaising with providers regarding upcoming audits, filing, tracking invoices)
- Reporting
- Paying invoices
- Ordering for the department
- Assisting with onboarding
- Coordination of meetings including agendas, minutes and setting up meeting rooms/zooms
- General administration support
- Assisting with events
- Contracts administration
**To be considered you will ideally have**:

- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills with the ability to compile reports and documentation
- Fast and accurate typing speed and confident with minute taking
- A flair for complex diary management
- Experience organising travel, accommodation, flights, meeting agendas, minutes and briefing
- Excellent communication skills, dealing with a wide variety of people at all levels
- The ability to remain calm and level headed under pressure

This role is ever-changing so you would need to be very hands on assisting with whatever is required.
