You have great written and verbal communication skills, and you thrive in a collaborative working environment.
As a senior we would expect you to promote a high performance DevOps culture within the team, focusing on a mix of consulting and delivery excellence to our customers.
Ideally you have over five years of relevant experience as a developer.

**Let's talk about your capability and experience**:

- Running small to medium projects, interfacing with the client
- Modern project delivery methodologies such as DevOps and Agile/Scrum
- Object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and common design patterns
- C#,.NET Core/Framework, JavaScript/HTML/CSS, SQL, PowerShell, Ionic/React Native
- Cloud stack: Azure/AWS/GCP, Azure DevOps/GitHub, CI/CD systems
- Front end frameworks: React/Angular/Vue.js, Typescript, SASS/SCSS, Bootstrap/Tailwind
- Database technologies, integration technologies, unit testing, infrastructure as code, container technology
- Integrating with other MS products (for example, CRM, Dynamics, Power Platform)
