**_Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities _**
**_As a Principal SharePoint Consultant you will be engaging with our clients across SharePoint and Power Platform solutions, including migrations and integrations. Additionally, you will be providing technical leadership and mentoring to a growing project team. _**

**_In this role, you will get to: _**
- **_Review and contribute to proposals and SOWs _**:

- **_Elicit and analyse business requirements, develop designs and implement SharePoint and Power Platform solutions _**:

- **_Plan and execute SharePoint migration plans, and migrate data from legacy systems (including previous versions of SharePoint) to SharePoint Online _**:

- **_Configure and customise Power Platform environments, including data sources, security, and roles _**:

- **_Implement M365 governance, including implementation of provisioning frameworks and Power Platform Centre of Excellence (CoE) _**:

- **_Design and implement cutting edge solutions with the latest features and functionality in Microsoft 365 _**:

- **_Produce high quality project documentation (functional designs, solution designs, as builds) _**:

- **_Produce training material and deliver training to various audiences _**:

- **_Run effective workshops and deliver presentations to our customers _**

**_Let’s talk about your capability and experience _**
- **_At least 8 years of experience in SharePoint development and consulting _**:

- **_Strong presentation skills _**:

- **_Experience delivering SharePoint, Teams, Viva and Power Platform projects _**:

- **_Strong experience with SharePoint migrations from on-premises to SharePoint Online a must _**:

- **_Experience automating business processes using the Power Platform _**:

- **_Demonstrated experience with designing and implementing enterprise information architecture _**:

- **_Proven ability to elicit requirements for complex business scenarios and build out secure and innovative solutions _**:

- **_Experience developing Power App solutions using Dataverse and SharePoint _**:

- **_Experience designing and developing Power Automate workflows, business process flows, and custom connectors. _**:

- **_Information management and compliance knowledge _**:

- **_Experience with information protection (Purview) _**:

- **_Experience with Records Management and New Zealand Public Record Act _**:

- **_Experience with SharePoint Designer, Nintex and InfoPath. _**:

- **_Experience in running engaging workshops and presenting to all levels of an organisation _**:

- **_Excellent communication and documentation skills _**:

- **_Proven experience across the Microsoft 365 stack _**:

- **_Desirable - Nintex, RecordPoint, AvePoint, Orchestry and Castlepoint experience _**:

- **_Desirable - Experience developing SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell, JavaScript, C#, and HTML/CSS _**:

- **_Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. _**:

- **_Ability to work independently and as part of a team. _**
