They were recognised for their excellence of operations and delivery of services at the 2020 Parking Australia Awards, winning the premier award of Parking Organisation of Year.- They are unique, as apart from being an operator and manager of car parks, the Care Park Group also has ownership interests in a substantial portfolio of car parking freehold properties across 5 countries.Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing Care Park’s New Zealand business, which will include operational management, commercial business development, budget and revenue performance management, and ensuring systems and processes are maintained to meet the company’s strategic direction and priorities.

You will achieve business and revenue growth through new and existing clients, ensure budgets are met and operational efficiency and effectiveness targets are achieved, as well as provide visible leadership and direction for the team.

Experience or knowledge of the parking industry is not essential and can be taught if you possess the sales, commercial and operational skills/experience.

**Person profile**:

- Proven experience in a commercial management, client relationship, business development or account management role, or similar
- Some experience in a leadership position and leading teams
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- A track record of success in building and maintaining exceptional stakeholder relationships
- Strong understanding of financial/revenue performance management and yield management
- Ability to translate strategic direction into successful operational activities
- Familiarity with diverse business functions such as operations, sales, HR, finance, etc
- Ability to identify and capitalise upon opportunities
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship building capabilities
- Good analytical, critical thinking and problem solving capabilities
- Process driven, organised with great attention to detail
- A self-starter with a high degree of self-motivation
- Computer literate and proficient with MS Office Suite
