**The opportunity**:
As the people and culture coordinator based in Wellington, you will be a key member of our national team. You will be responsible for coordinating P&C activities, events and meetings particularly in graduate recruitment, induction, professional development, recognition and reward, safety and wellbeing, and culture initiatives. The position is highly administrative and requires you manage multiple tasks on the go. Full training will be provided on all our systems, and you will be shown the ropes by experienced P&C team members. What we would like you to bring is a proactive and approach and eagerness to learn on the job.

**What matters to us**:
We value people who bring a different perspective, who are passionate, curious and innovative. You could be a new graduate with mínimal P&C experience as long as you have the drive to succeed and leave a lasting impression on everyone you interact with. To make the most out of this role, you will ideally:

- Have a degree in human resources, psychology or translatable qualification (desired but not essential)
- Be a dynamic, motivated and sociable individual who enjoys building relationships
- Have exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in producing accurate work
- Take the initiative to develop your skills and knowledge within the P&C realm, with ample support from the team
- Be skilled at coordinating social events, organising morning teas, and assisting with student events
- Have a knack for taking photos and supporting our social media efforts to promote our brand.
