The Corporate Services group is essential in helping EECA achieve its vision. It provides the support services that enable our people to thrive. It ensures that we have the right knowledge, infrastructure, capabilities, and processes to underpin success.
Within the Corporate Services group, the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) team is responsible for delivering, managing and securing the technology products and services that support the organisation's business processes and workflows.
The Senior Product Support Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day support of EECA's key business systems, with a focus on enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and M365 (SharePoint).

**To be successful in this role, you'll bring**:

- a solid understanding of IT fundamentals and experience with data operations
- an exceptional customer service skills with a positive can-do, collaborative attitude
- proficiency in MS Office, systems analysis, and information management
- a process improvement and growth mindset.
