**About the role**:
We have an exciting new opportunity for a skilled HR professional to join us as HR Projects Lead. In this position, you will play an integral role in implementing our new HRM and ATS systems (Employment Hero and LiveHire, respectively) and be responsible for developing general HR policies and procedures.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Review and own the requirements and user stories, setting priorities as required
- Complete a gap analysis and develop HR policies and procedures as required
- Review and contribute to the scope of work
- Communicate decision points, risks, and outcomes
- Be instrumental in coordinating the change management and training plan, balancing the needs of the business with those of the project, and enabling the rollout
- Previous experience in an HR operational role and will have worked across all stages of the employee lifecycle
- Experience setting up the HR function from scratch (preferred)
- Sound understanding of the employment laws in New Zealand
- Strong experience with HR systems (implementation projects desirable)
- Ability to communicate well between business and technology
- Self-starter, ability to work both independently as well as part of a team
