**About the role**
As a Regional Portfolio Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in commissioning and partnerships services for the Ministry. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of portfolios within your designated region. You'll be at the forefront of driving change and innovation to enhance service delivery and community well-being.

- Wellington based

**What you'll bring**
- Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in advising on Commissioning & Partnerships functions, with expertise in investment, procurement, probity, and contract administration.
- Strong track record in building relationships and collaborating with communities, agencies, and stakeholders, demonstrating effective engagement and management skills.
- Experience in researching, developing, managing, and delivering senior-level policy advice, with excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- Skilled in risk assessment and long-term outcome evaluation, with a solid understanding of government operations and public sector procurement processes, along with proven project leadership experience.
