Faults Administrator

**The role**
Reporting to the Faults Supervisor, you’ll be bringing your excellent collaboration skills to the fore as daily communication and liaising with the team will be a big aspect of this role.. Along with these, you’ll also:
- Undertake a range of general administrative tasks as required and as requested such as preparation of Invoicing, responding to and distributing correspondence, Purchase orders, Audits and Scheduling
- Book appointments and contact customers
- Provide Support to the Dispatch Team and other Administrators when required Coordinate tasks raised by the Asset Inspectors to ensure network sustainability and desired outcomes
- Develop/generate reports from various systems as requested and as required

**About you**
To be successful in this role, you’ll be comfortable liaising with multiple people and departments, be detail-focussed and able to see the bigger picture. This is a busy role and no two days will be the same, thus it goes without saying that you’ll be friendly and resilient. To be successful in this role, you’ll also have:
- Previous experience working in a similar or client/customer facing role
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office suite
- System-savvy and ability to learn new software systems
- Strong organisational skills, detail-focussed with the ability to prioritise work to meet targets and deadlines
