Your key responsibilities will be to provide excellence in Customer Services for Firth’s customer-base, for our ready-mix concrete customers here in Gisborne. You will be playing a key part in the customers journey, answering our busy customer enquiries/requests, coordinating & dispatching deliveries and working closely with our concrete plant teams and drivers. You will build strong relationships with customers internal and external, be involved with problem solving, proactively looking ahead to ensure we are delivering product efficiently, all while keeping our customers informed and up to date with any changes that might affect them.

- You are a natural at building strong relationships
- Confident self-starter

- Providing administration support

- You might have experience in the construction or concrete industry, although that is not essential as full training will be provided
- Customer service or call centre experience (or able to demonstrate experience in a professional busy environment) You might even be an experienced hospitality worker who is used to being busy and organised, working in a fast paced environment with customers.
