Continuous improvement, payments technology upgrades and industry compliance.

**What is your management style?**

Relaxed. I trust my tīma to get their jobs done and help me drive the business forward. I don't have the time or inclination to micromanage but am always available when support is needed.

**What is the most exciting thing about this opportunity?**

**What is the most challenging thing about this opportunity?**
