Join our Digital Transformation and Marketing team as a Digital Project Lead, where you will be part of an exciting journey of various digital marketing transformational projects across multiple business units. With a robust pipeline of website and e-commerce projects, you will be responsible for scoping, managing, and delivering selected digital initiatives aimed at elevating customer experience. This dynamic role encompasses website development, integration of SAAS platforms, and enhancements to our digital platforms. **What will you be doing?**
**Requirements Gathering and Documentation**
- Conduct workshops involving business, operations, marketing, and IT teams to comprehensively understand, document, and map user requirements, business processes, and customer journeys.
- Utilize design thinking and business process modelling tools to understand complex business goals and present suitable solutions.
- Creation of sitemaps and basic wireframes for small website projects/website enhancements. Review and finalise agency blueprints/wireframes for larger projects.
**Project Planning and Execution**
- Identify suitable technology solutions and vendors, evaluate vendor proposals and solution designs and estimating costs.
- Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project milestones.
- Manage implementation with 3rd party vendors and internal IT and marketing teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
**Testing and Change Management**
- Lead testing activities, including creation of test cases, managing system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
- Drive adoption of systems/platforms across the business through training and change management initiatives.
**What you will bring**:
- 5 years of experience delivering websites or digital products with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, business planning, data analysis, process analysis, system design, testing, implementation, and change management.
- Project management experience with digital agencies, focusing on websites, e-commerce, CRM, UI/UX, system integrations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet set timelines.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
**What will set you apart from the rest**:
- Proven track record of successfully delivering website projects.
- Experience in website development, Shopify, BigCommerce, system integrations or similar projects.
- Understanding of web technologies and languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft D365 and Salesforce.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
