**About you**:

- Prior experience in a warehouse or customer service role is preferred. BONUS If you are familiar with the tiling industry
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills, as well as Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- A full driving license (Ideally, you will also have NZ Class 2 license)

**About the role**:
In this role you will be a Warehousing and Customer Service Superstar. This role is specifically designed to keep you busy so boredom is not an issue here.

From packing and processing orders, assembly and loading those orders to stock inventory and product recommendations and coordination with our shipping partners and vehicles to name a few, This job is sure to keep you going and growing.

**Duties**:

- Packing and preparing orders for shipment, including labelling and addressing packages.
- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, either over the phone or in person.
- Processing customer orders and ensuring that they are shipped correctly and on time
- Assemble and load customers' orders to their vehicles and our point of sales system.
- Coordinating with the shipping and receiving departments to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Providing product information and recommendations to customers
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace and ensuring all safety procedures are followed.
- Ensuring that all incoming and outgoing shipments are properly inspected and documented.
- Receiving and processing inventory, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records
- Organizing the warehouse to maximize efficiency and minimize the risk of product damage

**Skills & Experience**:
**E**xperience in a Warehousing / Customer Service position Preferred

SA strong understanding and practice of a key healthy and safety focus

Proven Organaisational skills advantageous.
