**About the role**

The role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory control including analysis of physical inventory, discrepancy investigations and reporting.
- Lead & manage all cycle count activity within the warehouse.
- Drive continuous improvement processes that support inventory accuracy and increase productivity within the warehouse team
- Provide training on the correct methods for resolving quality, production and inventory related issues in the warehouse management system and proactive approaches to inventory control methodology.

**About You**

We are seeking someone who is a natural leader with a passion for analysis and improvement to lead our inventory measurement and improvement processes. Building relationships and your ability to communicate and deliver results will be key for this role as you work across the business to improve and deliver excellence in the raw materials warehouse.

The ideal experience required is as follows:

- 3-5 years Warehouse management experience
- Strong analytical skills
- ERP system experience - ideally SAP
- Experience in training and educating internal staff on processes
- Strong commercial understanding especially in relation to warehouse/stores operations and how it fits into a large organisation
- Certificate in logistics/supply chain is preferred.
