We are seeking a number of motivated and engaged people to join our teams based in 7 Waterloo Quay, Wellington, 12 - 14 Nicholls Lane, Carlaw Park, Parnell, Auckland and 120 Hereford Street, Christchurch.
To be successful in this role you will be service delivery orientated - willing to learn and understand the unique needs of our customers (New Zealand citizens and people wanting to be citizens) and provide the advice and service they require to achieve their aspirations. Your experience might come from customer service or administration type roles which will have provided you with transferrable skills.
With your strong customer focus, you will champion the needs of our customers, identifying opportunities to improve both our services and access to them. You will be comfortable supporting and assisting our customers to transact in a digital environment as more and more services become available online.
