Braemar Hospital is a prestigious private surgical hospital in Hamilton, New Zealand, dedicated to supporting nearly 200 credentialed specialists, including surgeons from many parts of the world, working at the highest level in their fields.

**The Opportunity**:
Working alongside our CEO and Senior Leadership team (of 5), the Executive Assistant will proactively and autonomously support the CEO to deliver the strategy.
To be successful in this role:
- You will have extremely strong customer and interpersonal skills, and be confident and comfortable communicating with senior leaders and professionals;
- You will have a knack for organisation and a tenacity to see things through to fruition;
- You will be open to new challenges which will likely include coordinating the credentialing and re-credentialing of specialists;
- You will keep the team on track, maintaining and reporting on the strategic action plan, preparing and arranging presentations and events, and supporting general administration and calendar management;
- You’ll have a flair for written communications;
- You will be an experienced Microsoft Office and 365 user, and have strong literacy and numeracy skills. If you can use BoardPro, that’s a bonus;
- Having business acumen and an understanding of business processes won’t be a problem for you - you’ll likely have some ideas on how we can create efficiency and better organise ourselves
