The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO & Board in achieving strategic objectives. This role requires expertise in managing competing priorities, anticipating needs, and maintaining composure under pressure. You will play a critical role in ensuring governance, compliance, and corporate records are managed to the highest standard.

As a trusted right-hand person, you will provide strategic support to our CEO, helping them stay focused on key priorities while navigating complex issues. You will also collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to ensure the day-to-day rhythm of the business runs smoothly.

The Fit

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant at C-suite level and/or Board level, ideally in a large, complex organisation.
  2. Strong organisational skills, including the ability to anticipate needs and stay ahead of schedules.
  3. The confidence to manage competing priorities, push back when necessary, and maintain a focus on outcomes and delivery.
  4. Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and risk.
  5. A natural ability to build trusted relationships across all levels, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
