**The role**:
Reporting to the Operations Support Manager, as a Scheduler based in our Whangarei office, you’ll be responsible for scheduling the allocation of field staff, equipment, and subcontractors to achieve smooth delivery of contractual outcomes in the Northern region. You'll also- Utilise your experience in coordination to manage and schedule tasks effectively
- Manage the fleet to optimise operations and maintain fleet efficiency
- Ensure timely completion of projects by optimising schedules and resources
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Provide timely updates and reports in relation to work and fleet schedules to key operational stakeholders

**About you**
You’ll have proven experience in scheduling and coordination, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize. You will be comfortable liaising with multiple people and departments, confident with an eye on the bigger picture, while able to attend to the details with accuracy. We’re looking for an individual who can also demonstrate the following:
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite (especially in Excel)
- Strong collaborative and relationship building skills with office and field staff in a multi-cultural environment
- Ability to effectively manage a fleet of specialist vehicles, ensuring timely maintenance and operation
