**Should be expert in making variety of Indian Non - Vegetarian Dishes.**
**Should be expert in making variety of Indian Vegetarian Dishes.**
**Should be expert in making Tandoori items including Naan-Chapatti.**
**portioning food, placing it on plates, and adding gravies, sauces and garnishes**
**Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment.**
**Storing food in temperature controlled facilities.**
**Able to train other kitchen staff and waiters.**
**Follow health and safety norms.**
**Must have minimum of 2 years experience.**
