Part of the international Accor hotel brand and lifestyle collective Ennismore, SO/Auckland is a luxury 130 room hotel, alive with avante-garde design elements from its Signature Designer, stunning restaurant and bars as well as indulgent wellness facilities.
**Roles**:
Our **Receptionists** will provide excellent quality service to the hotel guests by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.
- Maintain guest and hotel accounts ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis
- Maintain strict security procedures with credit and cash transactions and accounting procedures
- Maintain communication channels between Hotel guests and all Hotel departments
- Positively respond to all queries (both internal and external), redirect to departments as required
- Assist with car / hotel doors and guest luggage
- Operate solution center effectively, handling all calls promptly and professionally
- Use every opportunity to promote hotel facilities and maximize sales through sound product knowledge
- Ensure every guest interaction is handled in line with the SO values and service standards.
Our **OTS Agents** will provide excellent day to day handling of inquiries from internal and external guests and help the smooth communication within the Front Office Department and between all departments in the hotel
- Operate switchboard effectively, handling all calls promptly and professionally, greeting all callers according to SO Service Standards and transfer all calls to relevant departments responding to requests quickly and efficiently
- Maintain communication channels between Hotel guests and all Hotel departments both verbally and in writing as required
- Positively respond to all queries (both internal and external), redirect to departments as required
- Document accurately all internal and guest messages. Distribute according to specified Hotel procedure
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all hotel facilities and promotions, use every opportunity to be a 'Sales person' by actively upselling the hotel outlets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: $23.65 - $24.65 per hour
