The Delivery Lead plays a key role in ensuring we see success for our clients by being accountable for the leadership and management of technology-focused delivery and services. You will be responsible for the effective management of teams who serve and support our clients, and who are accountable for performing tasks and workloads assigned via our work and process management systems.

You will be responsible for facilitating the deliverables, tasks and responsibilities needed to meet client expectations, SLAs, commercial agreements and business goals, as well as ensuring acceptable delivery.

**Requirements**:
**What will I be doing?**
- Collaborating with Directors, Leads and Managers to plan, resource and co-ordinate delivery and operations, as well as provide people leadership for your team, acting as an escalation point in your areas of focus
- Leading and facilitating decision making and conflict resolution to achieve the delivery of projects and services
- Coordinate, track and collect reporting metrics for clients and the team to improve delivery
- Management of necessary processes, such as incident management, or those associate with Silverstripe’s work frameworks and methodologies (ITIL, Agile, Scrum, etc.)
- Participate in information security (InfoSec), business continuity (BCP) and disaster recovery (DR) preparedness scenarios as needed
- Collaboratively set meaningful performance objectives, to identify behaviours, knowledge and skills required to achieve goals and ensure opportunities for professional development are available
- Performing duties outside of business hours, where required within the agreed parameters of projects or services.

**What will I need to be successful?**
- Knowledge of: Agile methodologies, software and infrastructure development; Website development and hosting; DevOps workflow and processes; Cloud architecture and engineering
- Experience with technology tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, MS Suite
- Skilled in: people leadership; risk assessment; facilitation; and problem solving
- 3+ years of experience in project or service work processes, such as Agile or ITIL
- One or more related certifications, such as Prince2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or ITIL Foundations.
