Senior Learning Designer

**_The Opportunity;_**
We are recruiting for Senior Learning Designer to join Ritchies, located at our Head Office in Swanson, reporting to the National Training Manager for 12 months on a fixed term contract.
You will be required to create and implement the frameworks needed to support the
learning programs. These frameworks and designs will need to cater for the learning
delivery of all our target audiences, taking into consideration a wide range of delivery
methods namely instructor-led sessions, virtual instructor-led sessions, change
champions, eLearning, on job training and on job coaching.
You will also need good interpersonal skills, as you will be engaging with a large group
of stakeholders and end-users, including but not limited to the People, Safety and
Communications team, the Operations Executive, all Depot Managers, Depot
Supervisors, Workshop Managers and Supervisors, Drivers, Mechanics and Cleaners

**_ About You;_**
You've had significant (8+ years) experience designing and implementing capability initiatives that have measurable results in moving towards or achieving
an organisations desired learning culture. You have great communication skills, and you’re apt at understanding that people have different learning capabilities and can create a programs that encompasses these differences.
You pride yourself on your eye for detail and your time management skills. Your ability to influence and constructively challenge and simplify complex information.
You’re capable of critically analysing and interpreting complex information to make effective, well-reasoned decisions.

- Proven significant experience developing training programs and documents
- Self-starter
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ideally a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or similar
- Strong communicator
- Great business acumen
- Interest in public transport
- Health and safety savvy
