The learning designer will be part of a team responsible for the design and development of learning resources. The resources are used to support learners working towards gaining a qualification in construction and construction-related trades.
We need a person who has a range of complementary or specialist skills that will add value to specific or multiple areas of the design and development process.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to analyse performance and/or assessment requirements.
- Design and develop effective and engaging learning and/or assessment solutions.
**Ko wai koe | E uiga ia te oe | About you**
- Tertiary qualification in education/learning or other relevant degrees, or equivalent experience working as a learning and design professional.
- Expertise in developing digital learning solutions and/or multimedia for adult learning using a broad range of digital tools.
- Expertise in writing/editing content for learning resources.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good conceptual reasoning and decision-making.
