**Mo te tunga | About the role**
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Collaborate with Stakeholders to identify learning needs and design effective learning solutions.
- Develop interactive eLearning modules, assessments and blended learning Programmes.
- Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback and analytics.
- Contribute and support innovations in future opportunities within the road policing learning space.
- Ensure Quality control of online learning products and services.
- Good understanding of emerging trends in learning technologies and instructional design.
