**The role**:
This newly created role will contribute to oOh’s Reward value proposition, by supporting the ongoing and high-profile transformation of our Reward programs to enhance our employee experience. Reporting to the Group Head of Remuneration and Benefits, you’ll work collaboratively with HR Partners, key business stakeholders, HR Operations and Payroll to deliver best practise reward solutions and programs. You will lead or contribute to remuneration and benefit survey data submissions, annual remuneration review, remuneration data management and reporting as well as supporting digitisation and other reward projects. You will be adept at using data to inform program design and to build business cases. You will partner with our reward vendors to enhance the employee participation and experience.

**Main activities**:

- Work with stakeholders to build and implement Reward solutions
- Provide recommendations and solutions covering specific areas of Reward; including salary planning and review, job pricing and analysis, variable pay review and planning, benefit review and management, vendor relationship management and other areas as required
- Develop oOh’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) through taking ownership of a planned rollout of benefits communications and vendor promotions through the year.
- Research issues and developing solutions to resolve Reward related issues
- Develop and implement new Reward policies, practices and programs to meet organisational and employe needs
- Develop data models and reporting to support people related insights
- Experience in incentive and commission plan design and implementation
- Partnering and education to BPs, leaders and employees on remuneration and benefits
- Maintain reward and benefit policies and ensure processes documented
- Staying up to date with legislative and other changes (e.g. Award rate changes, superannuation changes etc) and advising appropriately to ensure compliance
- External vendor engagement/management (e.g. superannuation, equity management and recognition)
- Manage employee recognition program

This opportunity can be based either in our North Sydney or Auckland NZ offices in a hybrid / WFH capacity.

**The Experience**:
To set you up for success, you’ll have 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2+ years experience in Remuneration & Benefits, coupled with a relevant tertiary qualification.
- Strong knowledge of Rewards best practice
- Advanced numeracy, analysis and spreadsheet skills
- Relationship management, consulting and influencing skills
- Project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and highly service orientated
- Knowledge of current employment legislation and ‘Employer of Choice’ practices
- Experience working in an ASX listed business highly regarded.
