- Creating and maintaining vehicle preparation job orders for new vehicles (customers and Government vehicles)
- Invoicing the vehicle preparation orders completed for the new vehicles being delivered.
- Being the contact point for the vehicle distribution teams
- Updating the sales department on vehicle progress during preparation requirements for delivery.
- Checking vehicles for potential campaigns and arranging completion prior to customer delivery.
- Communicating between the parts, service, and sales teams to prioritise and organise vehicle completion within the required timeframes.'

- Has fastidious attention to detail, is an administrative powerhouse... And

Remuneration will be negotiated with the successful applicant and be relevant to the qualifications, skills and experience you bring to our team.
