- The People, Performance and Culture (PPC) team is responsible for providing the full range of human resources advisory, resourcing and learning and development services to all divisions and teams across the national firm.

**The opportunity**:

- We are looking for a Learning & Development Consultant to provide L&D support to our business to help our people achieve their learning goals.
- The role will have a specific focus on programme development and needs analysis, design and execution of programmes of work associated with professional skills development, technical development and other capability needs at KPMG.

**Day to day you will**:

- Deliver new and existing learning programmes that maximise successful knowledge acquisition and skill transfer
- Develop L&D content, communications and maintain L&D internal media platforms including the intranet, learning management system and any new technology adopted
- Work in partnership with divisional stakeholders and People, Performance and Culture (PPC) colleagues to identify and deliver specific training solutions to meet divisional learning needs
- Foster strong collaborative relationships with regional and global colleagues and L&D networks
- Be involved in projects that align to our overall people strategies

**What you'll bring to the team**:

- 3+ years Learning & Development experience within a corporate environment
- Experience working with a Learning Management System
- e-Learning development is advantageous
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable within a team environment
- Excellent client relationship management and solutions focused skills with a strong attention to detail
- Passion for developing self and others
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and effective interpersonal skills
- Openness and responsiveness to feedback, continuously striving for personal development
- Facilitation/presentation skills is advantageous
