**The role**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, agile and proactive administrator to join our Lower North Island Maintenance Team and be the go-to person for all things administration. This is a permanent part time position, working 25 hours per week, 9am - 2pm Monday to Friday.

**The role involves**:

- Providing high quality administrative support to Lower North Island Maintenance Manager and wider team
- Arranging, coordinating and booking travel
- Vehicle procurement and fleet management
- Overseeing site lease agreements, renewals invoicing and purchase orders

This role is perfect for someone who is a true multitasker, efficient and organised in nature with a great sense of humour and who lives and breathes teamwork. You’ll need to be an effective communicator, able to build strong relationships across various levels. Most importantly, you’ll be computer savvy with the energy and drive to support a busy team.

**To be successful in this role you will need to have**:

- Relevant work experience and/or an equivalent qualification
- A great attitude and openness to learn
- Excellent computer skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and SharePoint
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish relationships and build trust and confidence
