**The opportunity**

We're looking for a Team Coordinator to join us on a permanent basis to provide high-quality administration and coordination support to our Growth and Land Development team.

We are looking for someone able to undertake general administration, coordinate team activities, triage the team inbox, and take a lead in team reporting activities

**Position Description**

**About you**

You have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, initiative and be able to work independently and be constantly looking for ways of making improvements to our processes. You can show proven:

- Administrative office experience
- Experience using online workflow and record-keeping platforms
- Experience dealing with finance systems and purchase orders

**About our team**

There is an increasing trend in land development activities in the Wellington region, a gradual move of land development three water consenting activities from councils to the Growth and Land Development team, increasing demand in long term growth planning activities, and additionally, other infrastructure providers are developing significant programmes of work that will affect 3-W networks.

The team operates in a dynamic environment, meaning the work of the team is to respond to growth and housing demands in the consenting and construction sector, maturing our asset management approach to future demand management, and working with other infrastructure providers.
