The concrete division of Fletcher Building is on an exciting journey towards environmental sustainability. Developing the skills and abilities of our people at all levels is integral to that plan.

Key to the plan will be sourcing an experienced **Learning & Organisational Development Advisor** to join the Divisional L &OD team.

This role will provide administrative, logístical and system support for learning programmes across the four business units, while ensuring an excellent customer service experience is provided for all learners.

It will also assist in the delivery of key strategic learning and development initiatives with a key focus on driving our learning management system (Cornerstone) improvements programme of work as well as being our Cornerstone Super User.

**About You**
- Experience supporting the delivery of learning experiences to users that is both effective and engaging, across different delivery methodologies.
- Experience in Learning Management and HRIS systems (e.g. LMS). Cornerstone on Demand experience is desirable.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to effectively plan and prioritise, uses initiative and “runs with the ball” when required.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders

- Provide learning and development advice and support delivering exceptional learning and development initiatives and solutions, that provide meaningful and impactful experiences for our people
- Support the undertaking of learning needs analysis in collaboration with L&OD and P&P teams as appropriate.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to all our stakeholders and employees
- Liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of all learning events to agreed learning standards.
- Support the evaluation, tracking and reporting of our learning and development programmes, ensuring reporting is provided on time and meets agreed outcomes.
