From SMEs to Blue-Chip companies, across a wide variety of industries and workforce demographics, we reduce staff injuries, increase productivity, maximise participation and engagement, drive wellbeing outcomes and support healthy cultures.The RoleAs the Flu Vaccination Programme Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the vaccination season.
Flu vaccination season is short, but fast-paced, so we are looking for someone who is a quick learner, takes initiative and has some flexibility with hours for our delivery period.
Experience managing cold chain/ coordinating a health and wellbeing programme is desirable, but not necessary.
Clinical experience will be remunerated accordingly.
If you do not have clinical experience, we still encourage you to apply, as we may have other, better-suited roles available.You will be responsible for leading a small team of flu vaccination coordinators and administrators, as well as keeping our sales team up to speed on the status of their flu clients.Our flu vaccination programme consists of end-to-end delivery, with an onsite vaccination clinic and/or pharmacy voucher service on offer.Key ResponsibilitiesLearn how to, and oversee a team of staff who:Liaise with clients to confirm details of their onsite vaccination service and/or voucher programme.Schedule onsite clinics using our Vitality Experience booking platform.Monitor employee uptake and assist with promotion of clinics as required.Store, distribute & manage the Cold Chain of vaccines.Assist with packing of vaccine before a clinic.Review & approve timesheets/invoices relating to vaccinators and first aiders.Assist with client invoicing and other data entry as required.Management & ordering of equipment, consumables, printing & vaccines.Manage enquiries in the flu vaccination inbox and assist with troubleshooting.Manage & coordinate the voucher and reimbursement processes (pharmacies & medical centres).Establish and maintain key strategic internal and external stakeholder relationships resolving conflicts and managing sensitivities.Lead and exemplify a healthy and safe working environment, modelling and promoting ethical behaviour and practices.Ensure consistent processes and procedures that are responsive to both customer requirements and government changes across all areas of the programme.Ensure services are adequately resourced and responsive to the needs of clients.You will be responsible for documenting any changes to workflow, resource and/or collateral, as required.About YouAt least 2+ years' experience managing a health programme or working in a coordination/administration role.Able to start as early as 6.30am on some days, during the peak delivery period (April/May).Experience managing a small team.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong computer literate skills.Extremely organised.Shows a high level of attention to detail.Closing Date: 5th January 2025
