**Hours**: Tuesday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm; Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

**Hourly Rate**:$25

Our client is a premier destination for automotive excellence, providing top-notch service and a wide selection of vehicles to their valued customers. They are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Concierge. The Concierge plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for their customers, ensuring their experience is positive from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with any inquiries or needs
- Serve tea/coffee to customers while they wait and ensure refreshment area is well-maintained
- Liaise with the sales team to hand over customers and facilitate a smooth transition
- Check in cars for service appointments and maintain accurate records
- Create and process purchase orders (POs) as needed
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Monitor and replenish stock levels of stationery and kitchen items
- Assist with various administrative tasks as required

**Qualifications**:

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus
- Previous administrative experience is desirable but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
