- You have experience in leadership of construction industry training / vocational education.
- You have well developed relationships with construction industry stakeholders, employers who train apprentices and industry suppliers.
- You live: He tangata, he tangata, he tangata.
- You enjoy sharing your passion for the construction industry.
- You have managed cost centers / P&L / CRM databases
- You have advanced written and verbal communication skills
- You can organise your time with efficacy
- You have an ability in the digital education environment

**Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About the role**

As a Builders Academy NZ Regional Manager, you will provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to Builders Academy NZ personnel who both recruit and deliver to employers and apprentices throughout New Zealand.
- A focus on support through frequent interaction, community of practices and getting alongside your team in industry.
- Managing databases to ensure effective service for employers and their apprentices.
- Managing regional stakeholder engagement relationships
- Recruitment of employers an apprentices to meet industry demand and growth aspirations
- Support and performance management of a passionate field team
- Managing cost center to budget
