**Recruitment Administration Support**
We are looking for an **enthusiastic **individual with excellent people, communication and Administration skills to work in a fast paced service delivery environment.
Your outgoing, upbeat personality and great organisation skills will be the perfect fit for our small team of recruiters. An understanding of Microsoft Office is a must.
You may have previous experience within the Service Delivery or Office Administration sector with excellent organisational and people skills.
**Tasks Include**:
- Applicant processing
- Maintain TechOne Database, any other staff databases and spreadsheets
- Provide data and statistics for reporting
- Provide administration support for the HR Management Team when required
**Essential Skills and Experience**:
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to multi-task
- This role will be based within the Healthcare sector so a double vaccination is a requirement._
