This small team is based in a modern office space on Lambton Quay, with the organisation spanning across Australia and New Zealand. **Your new role**

In this role, you will be helping with the administration of the constantly evolving recruitment process across ANZ. Working closely with the recruitment and office managers, you will help to create an efficient, collaborative and fast-paced process for scheduling, reference checking and on-boarding new recruits. You will be responsible for setting up interviews, reaching out to agencies and liaising with team managers as well as some general office administration; answering phones, ordering and any extra tasks from management. - Strong initiative, detail orientated with a can-do attitude
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Solid administration background
- Previous recruitment experience advantageous
- Ability to take on and process new tasks in a timely manner
