**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**

This role will lead the design and management of our rewards framework, related policies and procedures to ensure they support people and performance strategy and core principles of equity, fairness and accessibility.

The Head of Remuneration and Analytics will also provide expert oversight and management of the payroll function, systems and analytics ensuring our people are remunerated appropriately and our key measures of performance are reported on effectively with key insights available to drive improvement.

Through effective design and deployment of the rewards strategy, this role will help build a thriving, inclusive, adaptive, capable, collaborative, and high-performing culture and workforce that effectively delivers on our purpose of Easy Journeys, our AT Business Plan, strategic goals, and Statement of Intent.

It will contribute to the development of the overall People and Performance Strategy, working collaboratively with the EGM P&P and other key roles in P&P and the organisation to create an environment where our people and teams are empowered to deliver Easy Journeys for Tamaki Makaurau.

As a seasoned professional, you will bring significant experience within large scale, complex performance driven organisations.

As well as being data driven with a keen eye for detail you will need strong leadership capability as well as top-notch stakeholder management skills. You will be a passionate leader with the ability to inspire motivate and build effective and high performing teams and lead by influence with proven success in leading (or major contribution) the design and implementation of initiatives, frameworks and policy in a complex environment.

Politically savvy and strategic coupled with a customer centric approach, you will be a natural problem solver and influencer and can work within a changing, fast-paced and evolving environment.
