**Kiwi Oversize** is an entrepreneurial player, catering for the Oversize courier market, and when combined with our latest acquisition **OnSend, **you have a service competitors cannot rival

This role is based in Christchurch and is for a hunter who can see the potential of an untapped market ready for the service capability we offer

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing team that love to have fun, celebrate success, and work collaboratively to lead our industry through creating logístical outcomes that constantly impress our customers.

You will be responsible for identifying, and targeting new business opportunities in the Christchurch area, providing, and implementing successful solutions, increasing market share, building, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

To be successful in this role you will need the following attributes:

- Exceptional skills in generating new profitable business, and developing an effective pipeline of new business opportunities
- A proven track record in achieving sales results through the development of customer accounts, relationship building, and networking
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- To be tenacious, ambitious, relentless, motivated to succeed, and brave
- Strong planning, and organisational skills
- Making things happen by turning thoughts, and talk into action
- Proficient in using MS Office, and CRM software
- Be RESULTS driven
