**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
The role is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of the company’s agile prioritisation process, including planning, executing and finalising project scope, liaising with relevant stakeholders, managing resources, risks, delays and completion/performance of the projects and leading any mitigation strategies and corrective actions. The focus will be on the second stage of a transformational project.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum experience of 2 years in a Program Manager or supporting role
- Experience in project delivery using agile methods and practises.
- Great engagement and communications skills in individual and group settings
- Effective stakeholder Relationship Management
- Insurance policy and member administration systems
- Azure DevOps
- Mobile solutions
- Estimating costs, resources, risks/constraints and time requirements for projects.
- Excellent planning, organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
- Helping the business to prioritise stories and epics that will add the most value in assisting to reach its strategic objectives.
- Contributing to project teams during the analysis and planning for software configuration, customisation or development.
- Effectively planning change to ensure effective adoption of our business prioritisation process.
