This role will require deep partnerships across AoFrio as these programs will be on the leading edge of innovation in the Food Service market to deliver high-quality, scalable products deployed around the world.

We are looking for a technically strong engineering leader to lead the way in creating new and advanced technologies for our customers. You'll be a crucial part of the team, analysing technologies, working with different groups, working across the Engineering teams, planning and managing dependencies, and making sure we have what we need for big projects worldwide.

As a TPM, you will also assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints and encourage bold and innovative behaviour to maximize business benefit.

Furthermore, we are looking for an individual who possesses:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline
- PMP or other project management relevant certifications
- Good understanding of Lean/Agile Product development
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, preferably in the IoT or Technology sector
- Familiarity with the Food Services / Food Retail industry or related sectors is advantageous
- Deep hands-on technical expertise
- Strong business and technical acumen
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Problem solving mindset, with the ability to analyse complex issues and drive solutions
